The GPM-Big Scale clutch:
Suitable for racing and for the ambitious hobbyist driver. Unlike the stock clutch, the installed GPM-Big Scale clutch can be adjusted by turning one single screw. A 2.5 mm allen key wrench is required for this application.

Therefore it is possible to precisely adjust the clutch engagement depending on track characteristics.

Attention: You must use adhesive y0743 Clutch-Safe when replacing clutch pads!

y0743 Clutch-Safe 10 g, adhesive especially for clutch pads

Special single component epoxy adhesive for bonding clutch shoes; suitable for extreme operating temperatures (up to 200°C!) Important note for processing: For the final cure of the bond Clutch-Safe must be tempered at 170°C for 1 hour! (1 hour at 170°C in the oven!) The extremely high temperature load on the clutch shoes when used in off-road cars caused by increased clutch slippage, the shock of jumps and the combination with sometimes very high vehicle weights (up to 18 kg!) make bonding with Clutch-Safe highly recommended. For later removal/replacement of worn out clutch pads the clutch shoes must be heated as well.Attention:Clutch-Safe adhesive must be stored in the fridge! Content: 10g tube

y0726 Gas-nitrided tuning clutch bell for Losi 5ive-T/2.0/B and Mini

Gas-nitrided tuning clutch bell machined from high grade steel with a hole for easy clutch adjustment. Special vents remove dirt and clutch lining debris automatically, preventing it from accumulating in the clutch bell and causing premature wear to clutch bell and linings. They aid in cooling of the clutch bell as well.The clutch bell features a significantly reinforced wearing surface and face which guarantees dimensional stability even under high loads! The shaft is a tiny bit longer than stock (about 0.2 mm) to prevent the bearings from binding.Since this clutch bell is single-piece machined from bar stock there is no weld bead on the inside of the face plate. The gained space allows now to use the adjustable GPM Big Extreme clutch.Suitable for genuine slot drive Losi pinions. Genuine GPM spare/option part. Part no. 01 for GPM Big-Scale clutch. Installation ready set of 3 with glued-on organic pads.Replacing the clutch liningsFor replacing the friction pads please proceed as follows:1. Remove clutch from engine2. Disassemble clutch3. Remove the screws fixing the friction pads4. Remove remains of old glue and clean the surface to be bonded of the shoes to bare metal 5. Thoroughly degrease the bonding area of clutch shoes and new pads6. You must use the special adhesive y0743 Clutch-Safe!7. Apply a sufficient and complete layer of the adhesive to the bonding surfaces8. Insert the lining into the clutch shoe and align9. Fix the pad in place with screw y0730/03, just hand-tighten it10. Remove excessive glue with a rag11. Preheat oven to 120 °C.12. Put the clutch shoes into the preheated oven for exactly one hour; let the parts cool down13. Reassemble clutch and install it onto the engine14.
