Only then the clutch surface reaches the desired grip and provides the necessary friction. After that the clutch will show consistent operation and extremely low wear!With 80 grams the weight of the clutch is about the same as the usual OEM clutches.As with all non-adjustable clutches a periodic monitoring of the clutch spring is recommended. By changing the spring, it is also possible to match your car to the track conditions, i.e.: the harder the spring, the higher the stall speed of the clutch.If not on hand, for installation of the sintered steel clutch a clutch spring, the Zenoah screw set # 7318 and the original Zenoah clutch mount # 7315 are required!

Precise engagement and disengagement even under high loads and inside of closed clutch bell carriers means no problem for this clutch.The clutch can be easily adjusted to the engagement speed through three set screws without clutch bell removal, so you can match the characteristics of your engine.The special clutch lining of the Big Scale-EXTREME is particularly wear-resistant and - especially in combination with a high-quality nitrited clutch bell (), guarantees for an exceptionally long service life! Contrary to the "Cross" or "Race" version there's no need to uninstall the clutch from the engine for maintenance. The new adjustable system features three carbon pads with special 2.4 mm springs.Weight of the complete clutch is 70 grams. Very wear resistent when running with the recommended clutch bells.Adjustable friction points: First gear - 8.500 U/min. Second gear - 9.300 U/min. Third gear - 10.100 U/min. Fourth gear - 11.000 U/min.With tool #5445 the engagement speed can be adjusted to different settings within a range from about 8,500 to 11,000 rpm.
