Installation ready set of 3 with glued-on organic pads.Replacing the clutch liningsFor replacing the friction pads please proceed as follows:1. Remove clutch from engine2. Disassemble clutch3. Remove the screws fixing the friction pads4. Remove remains of old glue and clean the surface to be bonded of the shoes to bare metal 5. Thoroughly degrease the bonding area of clutch shoes and new pads6. You must use the special adhesive y0743 Clutch-Safe!7. Apply a sufficient and complete layer of the adhesive to the bonding surfaces8. Insert the lining into the clutch shoe and align9. Fix the pad in place with screw y0730/03, just hand-tighten it10. Remove excessive glue with a rag11. Preheat oven to 120 °C.12. Put the clutch shoes into the preheated oven for exactly one hour; let the parts cool down13. Reassemble clutch and install it onto the engine14. Wait at least one hour after the gluing process before using the clutchy0730y0731 Content: 3 x aluminum clutch shoes with3 x press-fitted dowel pins (part no. /15) with3 x glued-on organic clutch pads (part no. /02) with3 x M3x5 mm safety screws (part no. /03) installed

The dry components do not bind any dust or dirt and ensure best possible long term lubrication effects.For best results the parts to be treated should be thoroughly cleaned and the fluid applied sparingly.
