Important note for processing: For the final cure of the bond Clutch-Safe must be tempered at 170°C for 1 hour! (1 hour at 170°C in the oven!)
The extremely high temperature load on the clutch shoes when used in off-road cars caused by increased clutch slippage, the shock of jumps and the combination with sometimes very high vehicle weights (up to 18 kg!) make bonding with Clutch-Safe highly recommended.
For later removal/replacement of worn out clutch pads the clutch shoes must be heated as well.
Attention:
- Clutch-Safe adhesive must be stored in the fridge!

To ensure the required cooling for current 1/5 and 1/6 engines the flywheels have fins on both sides. Therefore the fan housing has large openings on the crankcase side for the required air supply. However, the risk of foreign objects (grass, sand, or even stones!) entering here Is very high! As a result, broken fins on the flywheel occur frequently. This leads to reduced cooling efficiency and - even more critical vibrations from a flywheel which is out of balance due to missing fins. Therefore, this kind of flywheel protection is highly recommended, especially for offroad use. The product video explains the handling in detail! Note:It is essential to thoroughly clean and degrease the crankcase prior to attaching the hook-and-loop tape (OKS2661)!For installation on Chung-Yang and Zenoah engines in FG cars, the crankcase cover must be slightly modified in two places where the engine mount is attached (see Figure 6 and 7).
