The Big Scale-EXTREME is an adjustable clutch designed for very special requirements:
For high-displacement engines
For "weighty" or particularly high-traction models (Losi, HPI)
For performance-enhanced tuning engines

Rapid wear of a clutch is a sign of constant grinding, even though the engagement speed has actually already been exceeded. In this case, the clutch is not transmitting the available torque.
This is where the Big Scale Extreme sets new standards.
The new design of the Extreme prevents the centrifugal forces of the clutch springs or the lever side of the clutch shoes from counteracting the centrifugal force of the lining side even after the clutch has engaged.
The result is an enormous load capacity with minimum wear.
The new design means that the resulting centrifugal forces are fully transferred to the clutch lining. Defined engagement and disengagement even under high loads and in closed clutch housings is no problem for this clutch.
Even when installed, the clutch can be easily adjusted to the desired speed or the optimum frictional connection to suit the engine's performance capacity using three adjusting screws.
The special clutch lining of the Big Scale-EXTREME is particularly low-wear and guarantees an exceptionally long service life, especially in combination with a high-quality, nitride-hardened clutch bell ()! In contrast to the "Cross" or "Race", the clutch does not have to be removed from the engine for maintenance work. All components are accessible from the front after removing the front plate.
