Shipping
If you order before 2 p.m. (Monday to Friday), your order will be shipped the same day. As a rule, the shipment is delivered on the next working day. We guarantee fast and efficient delivery of your goods so that you can have your order in your hands as soon as possible.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. In this email you will find a tracking number from our shipping partner. With this number you can easily track the status of your package and see where your shipment is at any time.
Shippingcosts within Germany
For shipping within Germany, shipping costs vary depending on the payment method chosen. To see the final shipping cost, please add your items to your shopping cart and enter your shipping address at checkout. After entering your address, the final costs will be displayed directly in your shopping cart.
Note for packing stations: DHL shipments can only be deposited in packing stations up to a size of 75 x 60 x 40cm (XL compartment). For shipments exceeding this limit, you will receive a message from DHL telling you where you can pick up the shipment

For shipping abroad, we offer both express and standard deliveries. To find out the exact shipping costs, please add your items to the shopping cart and enter your shipping address at checkout. The shopping cart will then show you the exact shipping costs.
The buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties and taxes of the destination country!
