We recommend our progressive y0452/02. for these shocks. On FG cars the OEM springs can be used as well. Genuine silicone shock absorber oil for the optimal shock absorber set-up. Content: 50 ml Please note: Factory filling of FG/Losi/Smartech and many other 1/5 and 1/6 scale shocks is done with genuine silicone shock absorber oil. To ensure seal tightness and consistency you should only use genuine silicone shock absorber oil for refilling as well.Most every rc-car shock absorber uses silicone oil of different viscosities. The smaller the number, the lower the viscosity of the silicone oil and the softer the damping. All chassis borings (screws) are countersunk. The front and rear axle with their various adjusting possibilities as king pin angle, trailing effect etc. consist of double delta wishbones. The double delta wishbones of the rear axle are supported by additional track rods which enable you a very fast set-up. All adjustments can be made without a dismounting of parts according to the fixed wishbone threaded rods with right-/left-handed thread.The model is equipped with 4 alloy oil-pressure shock absorbers. The push-rod suspension ensures the transmission between single wheel suspension and shock absorber.We deliver this chassis with a powerful 26 cc combustion engine. The engine's power is transmitted over a four-block Teflon clutch on a synchronous belt drive. This synchronous belt drive is also designed for a higher driving power. The BBS wheels and the tires are copies of the big models. All rotating parts are supported by ball bearings.The construction of the Formula 1 chassis is not identical with the other 1:5 scale FG models such as Merc.
