This kit replaces the o-ring for sealing the drive cup shaft in the stock differential case by a real oil seal. Two new shims provide for the adjustment of the width of the shaft seal and replace the stock shim.Shaft seals are better than o-rings for sealing fast rotating shafts.The set includes the parts for retrofitting all three differentials of the vehicle.Installation can be done only in the differential housing.
