Genuine Mecatech spare/option part.New design for the Active Diff! It is lighter, smaller and it haven´t the adjustment screw. The inner parts are the same of the standard version.Heavy-duty, torque dependent self-locking differential with various possibilities for adjustment.The use of four satellite gears distributes the load on four ramps, increasing their service life compared to already existing solutions. Needle bearings on the back of the satellite gears ensure smooth operation of the ramp system.For adaption to the grip conditions you can choose from two different pairs of steel and carbon friction disks and ramp bells. The latter have 3 different ramp angles per pair of bells. All screws at the bottom of the chassis are countersunk.Front and rear axle mounts as well as the engine unit are connected over the complete length of the chassis, therefore we achieved almost the stiffness of a monocoque chassis. The quick fix system of the engine makes a fast changing of the engine possible. The drive to the rear axle is carried out over several easy-running front gearwheels and an FG ball drive at the rear axle. A separate flange bearing holds the clutch bell in order to relieve the crankshaft. Front and rear axle with their various adjusting possibilities as king pin angle, castor a.s.o. consist of alloy delta wishbones below. We essentially simplyfied the inserting of the differential bevel gear wheels with the mounting tool. Through the exact positioning of the bevel gear wheels it is guaranteed that the differential bevel wheel axle and the differential driving axle are in true alignment from the beginning.
