Genuine HT spare/option part.These hinge pin braces are machined from 7075 aluminum and feature an increased distance between the holes for the hinge pins. They are to be used in place of stock braces LOSB 078F.This allows the use of the front center drive shaft from the 5ive-T LOSB3218 at the wheels. This one is slightly longer than the Mini shaft for the wheels LOS252000, but will be available as spare part in the future. The turnbuckles on steering rods and camber links need some minor readjusting after assembly to restore the correct geometry.At the rear LOSB3218 driveshafts will fit the Mini without modifications. Especially for 1/5 & 1/6 offroad cars The angled version is required for many offroad cars when installing a taller insulator and for HPI Baja series cars as well. The material components of this high quality engineering plastic, with an extremely high melting point of 280° C, guarantee optimal heat dissipation. Unlike the original insulator, this allows for a much better thermal insulation of the carburetor and therefore prevents fuel vapor lock in the carburetor at high ambient temperatures! The leaning of the engine at higher temperatures is counteracted! The increased height and optimized port allows for lower fuel consumption! 60% glass fiber content of the SPEED TEC tuning insulator makes for strong mounting threads, providing a sturdy base for the usual airboxes or large off-road air filters which are common in competition applications.
