The complete air filter weighs 138 grams with all attachments and aluminum adapter, the carbon part alone weighs 66 grams.Nevertheless, an extreme stability has been achieved through the bulges in the mold. Furthermore, the design ensures a straight air flow in conjunction with the new air ducts. The boxes will fit on a FG car under a Porsche GT3 body and weighs even less than a FG Formula 1 airbox. The filter mounts directly above the carburetor and remains there, even when the box itself has been removed.The Evo-airbox has a higher flow rate, which is important for the high revving engines in onroad cars.
