Genuine HT spare/option part. A must-have for 1/5 on-road racing! Even though it looks funny at first sight for uninitiated people! ;-) Just like in full-size racing our tires need a certain temperature to provide the necessary grip that is needed to achieve good lap times. Usually this means that the car will get really fast times only after a few laps. The driver who uses preheated tires has a considerably advantage. With cold outside temperatures or low grip tracks, like a not so clean parking lot, it often not possible at all to bring the tire temperature up to the required range just by driving. As a result the car will be difficult to control! Measures:maximum outer diameter of 130 mm maximum tire width of 80 mmThat includes all standard 1/5 touring car tires! ( ) Instructions: The tire warmers may be operated only on 12 to 13.8 volts AC or DC. In order to reach optimum operating temperature, a power supply with a 12 - 13.8 volts AC or DC and at least 10 amps output power should be used. The T2m Powerbase y1352 is the perfect solution for this application. The operation of the tire warmers directly from a 12 volt car battery (without Powerbase) is also possible, of course. GPM 6079/01 Ball drive wheel shaft for all FG and Mecatech cars, 1 pce.
Fits all FG cars and the Mecatech FW01. The GPM drive parts are made of high quality spring steel and due to its elasticity provide high impact resistance and extreme stability. Ground bearing seats ensure maximum accuracy of fit. Ball drives run significantly smoother and with less wear than normal dog bones with pins. The GPM ball drives can be partially mixed with FG parts. The heads of the GPM driveshafts fit into FG differential cups or wheel shafts.The opposite combination, i.e. FG shafts in GPM differential cups or wheel shafts does not always fit. We had tests where some FG shafts fit neatly, but due to slight tolerances others who did not fit into the very same cups/shafts. For this combination, we can not guarantee compatibility!
