Sintered steel clutch for Zenoah and many other rc-car engines from 23 cm³ to 32 cm³. incl. clutch spring!Note: The sintered steel clutch needs a break in period of at least half an hour run time after their first installation. Only then the clutch surface reaches the desired grip and provides the necessary friction. After that the clutch will show consistent operation and extremely low wear!With 80 grams the weight of the clutch is about the same as the usual OEM clutches.As with all non-adjustable clutches a periodic monitoring of the clutch spring is recommended. By changing the spring, it is also possible to match your car to the track conditions, i.e.: the harder the spring, the higher the stall speed of the clutch.If not on hand, for installation of the sintered steel clutch a clutch spring, the Zenoah screw set # 7318 and the original Zenoah clutch mount # 7315 are required!
The spark plug tester wiil be put in line between the spark plug in the engine and the spark plug cap. When the spark plug is in good working order, pulling the recoil starter will produce a spark easily visible in the clear section of the tester (see video!).

Special single component epoxy adhesive for bonding clutch shoes; suitable for extreme operating temperatures (up to 200°C!) Important note for processing: For the final cure of the bond Clutch-Safe must be tempered at 170°C for 1 hour! (1 hour at 170°C in the oven!) The extremely high temperature load on the clutch shoes when used in off-road cars caused by increased clutch slippage, the shock of jumps and the combination with sometimes very high vehicle weights (up to 18 kg!) make bonding with Clutch-Safe highly recommended. Gas-nitrited tuning clutch bell machined from high grade steel with a hole for easy clutch adjustment. Special vents remove dirt and clutch lining debris automatically, preventing it from accumulating in the clutch bell and causing premature wear to clutch bell and linings. They aid in cooling of the clutch bell as well.The clutch bell features a significantly reinforced wearing surface whichguarantees dimensional stability even under high loads!Since this clutch bell is single-piece machined from bar stock there is no weld bead on the inside of the face plate. The gained space allows now to use the adjustable GPM clutches Big Scale Extreme and Cross.Suitable for slot drive HPI Baja pinions, both stock using a 4mm bolt and aftermarket ones for 5mm bolts. Comes with M4 and M5 bolts included.

In this case, the clutch does not transfer the applied torque.This is where the Big ScaleEXTREME sets a new standard.The new design of the "Extreme" prevents the centrifugal forces of clutch springs or lever side of the clutch shoes from counteracting the centrifugal force of the friction pad side even after engagement.As a result this clutch can transfer lots of power with minimal wear.The new design ensures that the centrifugal forces are transferred in full to the clutch lining. Precise engagement and disengagement even under high loads and inside of closed clutch bell carriers means no problem for this clutch.The clutch can be easily adjusted to the engagement speed through three set screws without clutch bell removal, so you can match the characteristics of your engine.The special clutch lining of the Big Scale-EXTREME is particularly wear-resistant and - especially in combination with a high-quality nitrited clutch bell (), guarantees for an exceptionally long service life! The conversion kit contains all mechanical parts (no electric motor, esc and batteries) you need to convert a Carson Wild Attack or HPI Baja 5B to electric drive.Brushless motors from all common manufacturers with 56 - 58 mm diameter, about 100 - 115 mm motor can length, 700 - 850 KV and 8 mm output shaft will fit. We recommend the TT56112/700 Top Tuning Monster Brushless Motor 700 kV.For the esc,ZTW Beast 200A or other ESCs with similar dimensions and performance data are suitable.The battery box provides a total space of 180 x 84 x 50 mm for the batteries.
