Depending on the thread locking compound, you will strive for a value of 200 - 300°C. The shaft end must not be annealed! An annealed pin will mushroom on impact and make it very difficult to drive it out if not impossible. When installing the new pin from set LOS252020 make sure that the flat section of the pin is positioned under the set screw.
