SPEED TEC racing insulator type C, with carburetor cooling, suitable for nearly all 1/5 & 1/6 cars (for very shallow body shells like Porsche GT or similar please use the 23 mm version # ST1011!) SPEED TEC O direct quote: According to our recent developments to reduce engine temperature, we now introduce our latest creation: the Speed Tec Tuning insulator C. Material and internal structure are identical to the original Speed Tec Tuning insulator 26mm. On the side facing the flywheel it has been extended and is provided with four holes. Air is passed through these holes directly from the fan towards the carburetor, which counteracts running lean at high ambient temperatures and improves performance. The insulator temperature is also lowered by the air passing through. The material components of this high quality engineering plastic, with an extremely high melting point of 280° C, guarantee optimal heat dissipation. Unlike the original insulator, this allows for a much better thermal insulation of the carburetor and therefore prevents fuel vapor lock in the carburetor at high ambient temperatures! The leaning of the engine at higher temperatures is counteracted! The 50% increased height and optimized port allows for lower fuel consumption! 60% glass fiber content of the SPEED TEC tuning insulator makes for strong mounting threads, providing a sturdy base for the usual airboxes or large off-road air filters which are common in competition applications.Minor modification of cylinder shroud is required! Kit includes: 1 x insulator 26 mm 1 x insulator gasket 1 x carburetor gasket 2 x allen head steel screws M5x30 2 x M5 serrated washers Please note:It is recommended to use a gasket sealer with every gasket on an engine. This gives better sealing anda longer lasting gasket. We also recommend:y0804 HT-flange sealer 518 y0994 Marston sealery0807 MD-Sil RTV silicone sealer
Genuine FG spare/option part. Made from T7075 aluminum with wide epoxy insulator plates to protect against engine heat transfer. Venturi-shaped bore increases engine performance. For easier installation removing the cylinder shroud is recommended .Contents:1 Set

Genuine Speed-Tec spare/option part. For Zenoah G230/G240/G260/G270/G290AN - expansion sealing gaskets are in use in the 2-stroke motor sports for years and are based on NBR-linked cellulose fibers. They are especially used for sealing hot oils, greases and fuels! The sealing material is compressed during assembly, and as soon as it comes into contact with fuel, it swells again. Thus it is i.e. possible to make up for irregularities in the sealed surfaces (i.e. cylinder / crankcase) and seal them properly! The material of the SPEED TEC AN - expansion sealing gaskets guarantees a very good dimensional accuracy and is often the solution for leaks on your engine! Technical data of the material in contact with fuel:- Rebound ASTM G > 30%; increase in thickness < 5%; weight gain < 55%;- Compressibility ASTM F36 G 22.5% +/- 2.5 27.5% +/- 7.5 The SPEED TEC AN - expansion sealing gaskets are available in the following versions:# ST-AN26V carburetor gasket 0,25/0,50 mm# ST-AN25I insulator gasket 0,25/0,50 mm# ST-AN24L air filter gasket 0,25/0,50 mm# ST-AN22 cylinder gasket, two bolt 0,25/0,50 mm# ST-AN42 cylinder gasket, four bolt 0,25/0,50 mm# ST-AN23G crank case gasket 0,25/0,50 mmContents:1 piece

Genuine HT spare/option part.Wheel squares made of high-strength aluminum, hardened, with two M6 mounting threads Suitable for most 1/6 and 1/5 rc-cars. Through the use of two 6 mm screws a significantly higher retention force is achieved. Yet it is still recommended to use medium strength thread lock (link y0114)! The hard anodizing (HART-COAT) guarantees much lower wear of the squares! Especially recommended when using wheel mounted brake discs! Four 3x16 dowel pins per square are included which prevent the squares from spinning in the rim. Press fitting them into the wheel squares is optional. The 12, 14 and 17 mm wide squares feature a groove for inserting a C-clip (link 6106/05), which acts as a guide for the brake disk. The narrow 9.5 mm wide squares dont need a clip; the close sitting rim will guide the disk. Measures18 mm square (wheel drive!)9,5 mm wide, 8.0 mm diameter axle boretwo M6 mounting threads The set includes 2 pieces of 9,5 mm wide wheel squares and 4 pieces each of M6 grub screws and 3x16 dowel pins.Contents:2 pieces
