According to our recent developments to reduce engine temperature, we now introduce our latest creation: the Speed Tec Tuning insulator C. Material and internal structure are identical to the original Speed Tec Tuning insulator 26mm. On the side facing the flywheel it has been extended and is provided with four holes. Air is passed through these holes directly from the fan towards the carburetor, which counteracts running lean at high ambient temperatures and improves performance. The insulator temperature is also lowered by the air passing through.

The material components of this high quality engineering plastic, with an extremely high melting point of 280° C, guarantee optimal heat dissipation. Unlike the original insulator, this allows for a much better thermal insulation of the carburetor and therefore prevents fuel vapor lock in the carburetor at high ambient temperatures!

AREA-BJ047 Reed valve block V2 for Zenoah G320
This reed valve system converts a normal piston-port engine into a reed valve engine. It offers the advantage of increased intake duration for a better charge for more power. As a positive side effect no fresh gas loss occurs during the downward movement of the piston because the membranes close this path.The reed valve block replaces the usual stock insulator. To use the advantage of the reed system, it is necessary to modify the piston skirt on the intake side. Depending on the engine it is advantageous for best results, to slightly match the cylinders intake port to the Epoxy insulator plate at the bottom of the reed valve system. Both steps are described in the installation instructions for Zenoah and Chung Yang engines. Our thanks for these instructions go to our customer Thomas Hoenicke.Note: For the time being the epoxy insulator plate must be slightly reworked to fit a G320 Zenoah engine. The manual has been written with the conversion of a G320, the affected area for modification is therefore shown.The unit is 24.5 mm high.
