Genuine Speed-Tec spare/option part. The material component of this high quality engineering plastic, with an extremely high melting point of 280° C, guarantees optimal insulation. In contrast to the original insulator, this will greatly enhance the thermal insulation of the carburetor and therefore no vapor lock caused by a heated carb! The lean condition of the engine at high temps is counteracted! The larger by about 25% overall height of 26 mm (vs. 21 mm stock) and the optimized passage allow lower fuel consumption! The inner diameter has been enlarged compared to the stock insulator from 15.8 mm to 17.5 mm at the top! Due to the 60% glass fiber content of the SPEED TEC Tuning insulator the threads allow for high clamping force, therefore a secure fit is guaranteed even with air boxes or bigger off-road air filters, which are common in racing applications.Please note:It is recommended to use a gasket sealer with every gasket on an engine. Especially for 1/5 & 1/6 offroad cars The angled version is required for many offroad cars when installing a taller insulator and for HPI Baja series cars as well. The material components of this high quality engineering plastic, with an extremely high melting point of 280° C, guarantee optimal heat dissipation. Unlike the original insulator, this allows for a much better thermal insulation of the carburetor and therefore prevents fuel vapor lock in the carburetor at high ambient temperatures! The leaning of the engine at higher temperatures is counteracted! The increased height and optimized port allows for lower fuel consumption! 60% glass fiber content of the SPEED TEC tuning insulator makes for strong mounting threads, providing a sturdy base for the usual airboxes or large off-road air filters which are common in competition applications. Sintered steel clutch for Zenoah and many other rc-car engines from 23 cm³ to 32 cm³. incl. clutch spring!Note: The sintered steel clutch needs a break in period of at least half an hour run time after their first installation. Only then the clutch surface reaches the desired grip and provides the necessary friction. After that the clutch will show consistent operation and extremely low wear!With 80 grams the weight of the clutch is about the same as the usual OEM clutches.As with all non-adjustable clutches a periodic monitoring of the clutch spring is recommended.
