The flattened profile structure of the rows of knobs reduces the directional control and guarantees an exceptionally good on-center feel! This makes the car less prone to unwanted traction rolls! The lower profile of the outer stud rows reduces lateral traction and guarantee exceptional directional stability! Therefore the car is less prone to undesirable side rolls! The rim is the 6-spoke design with a steel reinforcement ring around the wheel drive. The NARROW-GRIP tires are available with either 18 mm square drive to fit FG & co. To prevent premature wheel drive wear the fit to the rim is very tight. Therefore the rim should be properly aligned with the square or hex drive and completely mounted via tightening the wheel nut!
