MAXI PIN 185 x 75 with black colored MadMax Extreme rims, 20-fold screwed, very tough, with 24 mm hex drive and with reinforced orange beadlock rings for Losi and HPI. The MadMax MAXI PIN tires come with strong special tire inserts which allow transferring the power without canting, even on heavy cars. MadMax MAXI PIN tire was developed specifically for astro turf tracks! The special tread design with 480 studs per tire provides excellent grip, but also a high load on tire and rim! To stabilize the tire, the outer shoulder features radial ribs which minimizes the tilting under load and counteract the shear forces during cornering. Furthermore, the MAXI PIN tire has studs positioned on the outside shoulder, which support the steering in corners. The NARROW-GRIP tires are available with 24mm hex for Losi, HPI Baja 5 and Carson GP Wild Attack series cars and they allready glued!To prevent premature wheel drive wear the fit to the rim is very tight. Therefore the rim should be properly aligned with hex drive and completely mounted via tightening the wheel nut! BIG DIGGER 170x60 with black MadMax Extreme rims with 20 beadlock screws, with 18 mm square socket and reinforced orange beadlock rings for FG, Smartech and many more. Due to the extreme load created by the MadMax BIG DIGGER tires the rim was optimized again with a reinforcement ring.The MadMax tires had 84 extremely strong, with more than 1 cm² cross-section and 6 mm tread depth, allow for best power transfer and provide excellent grip even on loose surfaces like sand or soil.The tires are fitted with a special rigid insert, which can handle the cornering forces and maintain the tires shape even on heavy cars. Some off-road tires knowledge can be found here!TT1020 Top Tuning Adapter wheel nutGenuine TopTuning spare/option part.These adapter nuts, manufactured from billet 7075 aluminum allow for easy and precise installation of all MadMax, HPI and Losi tires and rims on the Traxxas X-Maxx. For the best result possible, nut and adapter are manufactured as a one-piece unit.It should be noted that the wide rims can be used on the rear axle only. On the front axle they would limit the steering angle by grinding on lower a-arm and steering rod.Traxxas has microencapsulated the wheel shafts of the X-Maxx to secure the wheel nuts. Like any thread locking compound this is not for eternity. After several tire changes the use of a normal screw locking compound is advised, we recommend it "y0113 / 01 medium strength".The dimensions of the nut are specifically designed for use with MadMax, current HPI and Losi rims. Rims from Losi 5ive have slightly different dimensions in the hub area. This is meaningless on the large LOSI or HPI wheel adapters. With the smaller and shorter wheel nut thread of the X-Maxx wheel shafts you cannot compromise. Therefore there are also special nuts for the Losi rims/wheels available at our options menu.However, somewhere in the past, the injection moulds for the HPI rims were slightly modified in the hub area. As part of that job the bore diameter has probably been slightly increased. Therefore, the use of older rims in combination with the adapter nuts makes it necessary to increase the rim bore a little bit.Due to repeated requests for use: these wheel nuts replace the stock wheel nuts when installing the wheels!Contents:4 pieces
