Gas-nitrited tuning clutch bell; machined from high grade steel with vents for cooling of the clutch system and holes for easy clutch adjustment.
The clutch bell features a significantly reinforced wearing surface which guarantees dimensional stability even under high loads!
For best mounting of the pinion the clutch bell shaft has to flats with a 90° offset. As an additional safety device a M5 bolt with washer (included) replaces the E-clip found on stock clutch bells.
Suitable for many 1/5 and 1/6 cars, such as all FG (except Formula 1), Carson a.s.o.

Special single component epoxy adhesive for bonding clutch shoes; suitable for extreme operating temperatures (up to 200°C!) Important note for processing: For the final cure of the bond Clutch-Safe must be tempered at 170°C for 1 hour! (1 hour at 170°C in the oven!) The extremely high temperature load on the clutch shoes when used in off-road cars caused by increased clutch slippage, the shock of jumps and the combination with sometimes very high vehicle weights (up to 18 kg!) make bonding with Clutch-Safe highly recommended. For later removal/replacement of worn out clutch pads the clutch shoes must be heated as well.Attention:Clutch-Safe adhesive must be stored in the fridge! Content: 10g tube

Precise engagement and disengagement even under high loads and inside of closed clutch bell carriers means no problem for this clutch.The clutch can be easily adjusted to the engagement speed through three set screws without clutch bell removal, so you can match the characteristics of your engine.The special clutch lining of the Big Scale-EXTREME is particularly wear-resistant and - especially in combination with a high-quality nitrited clutch bell (), guarantees for an exceptionally long service life! Hybrid bearings with silicone nitride balls and steel inner and outer race. The bearings have an extremely low rolling resistance and a longer life than standard bearings. Please note that for installation only a shrink fit or a press fit via the outer race is allowed. Tapping them in will destroy the bearing.
