Product information "y19135 Ball Bearing Extractor"
Instructions:
- Remove the M5 bolt until the gap between the bolt's head and the top of the spindle is slightly more than the the width of the bearing
- Insert the spindle with the bolt into the bearing and srew the bolt in with an allen key from the opposite (do not tighten the bolt!)
- Now remove the bearing by just turning the spindle ccw
