Genuine HT spare/option part. After-Run is a performance enhancing preservation, which ensures that the engine starts properly, even after a long time (winter break) storage. Added to the fuel it keeps the fuel system clean.Among other After-Run conserves the diaphragm of the Walbro carburetor! For long term storage (i.e. during winter!) "vital" for the carburetor diaphragms! For 23 to 32 cm³ engines like Zenoah, Chung Yang, PT, Losi, HPI a.s.o.It binds water in the fuel, particularly important when the engine is not run regularly or after wet races. After-Run improves engine performance, ensures better combustion, removes debris and residues. Simply add the content of the bottle to 5 litres of fuel.Contents:1 piece / 20 ml

Non-standard sizes use two numbers for definition. The second number gives the size of the corresponding ring gear.Attention: not suitable for 1/6 scale Smartech / Carson 2WD Off-Road models. (Link to the Carson Smartech pinions: here)Pinions up to 16T can be used on the layshaft as well.Module: m=1,5Profile regraded, this means that the number of teeth is changed while the diameter remained constant. The part of the involutes? curve that defines the tooth profile is changed. Positively regraded (lower number of teeth) pinions are stronger and run smoother, the reduced strength of negatively regraded pinions doesn?t really matter.Teeth:Item no.:13 Teeth HT y026814 Teeth FG 604614 to 48 Teeth HT y011615 to 48 Teeth FG 604715 to 48 Teeth HT y19354 wide16 to 48 Teeth FG 643116 to 48 Teeth FG 6431/1 wide17 to 48 Teeth HT y19355-116 to 46 Teeth HT y011917 to 46 Teeth HT y1935518 to 46 Teeth FG 643219 to 46 Teeth HT y1935718 to 44 Teeth HT y012319 to 44 Teeth FG 6432/220 to 44 Teeth FG 643321 to 44 Teeth HT y1935820 to 42 Teeth HT y090421 to 42 Teeth FG 7431/2122 to 42 Teeth FG 743121 to 40 Teeth FG 7432/2122 to 40 Teeth FG 7432/2223 to 40 Teeth FG 7432/2324 to 40 Teeth FG 743225 to 40 Teeth FG 7432/2526 to 40 Teeth HT y1936426 to 38 Teeth FG 7433Contents:1 piece

Keeps cool air coming to your engine by keeping dirt and grass from clogging up the pull starter area. Easily wipe off anything not deflected away. Installs on the starter cover with hook & loop tape. With metal cable management. If using a FG monster / stadium model an additional hole for the support of the lateral carrier plate has to be cut out.
To ensure the required cooling for current 1/5 and 1/6 engines the flywheels have fins on both sides. Therefore the fan housing has large openings on the crankcase side for the required air supply. However, the risk of foreign objects (grass, sand, or even stones!) entering here Is very high! As a result, broken fins on the flywheel occur frequently. This leads to reduced cooling efficiency and - even more critical vibrations from a flywheel which is out of balance due to missing fins. Therefore, this kind of flywheel protection is highly recommended, especially for offroad use. The product video explains the handling in detail! Note:It is essential to thoroughly clean and degrease the crankcase prior to attaching the hook-and-loop tape (OKS2661)!For installation on Chung-Yang and Zenoah engines in FG cars, the crankcase cover must be slightly modified in two places where the engine mount is attached (see Figure 6 and 7). Furthermore the fit of the fabric must be as tight as possible in the region of the layshaft pinion (in front of the differential ring gear!) (see Figure 8).Set includes:Special tailored fabric with sewed on hook-and-loop tapehook-and-loop tape for installation to the crankcaseAdhesive for securing the hook-and-loop tape

Compatibility Zenoah / Losi 5ive-T:Please note that for installation in a Losi 5ive the fan cover must be swapped for a Losi or CY cover #5341 in order to fit the chassis" bolt pattern. If you want to install a Zenoah engine into the Losi 5ive, you usually have to use a fan cover from the CY engine. However, there is a workaround to maintain Zenoah fan cover. The adjustment is done via the pinion specific mounting plates for the engine. The change always affects only the rear, outer (carburetor side) plate under the fan cover. This is rotated by 180°; so that the embossed number on this plate faces the exhaust side of the engine!18T pinion: use 20T plate, rotated 180°19T pinion: use 19T plate, rotated 180°20T pinion: use 18T plate, rotated 180°On the plus side you gain the opportunity to easily mount a Zenoah engine keeping the original fan cover. On the other hand there will be the disadvantage of the necessity to combine two different sets of engine mounting plates when installing any pinion other than the stock 19T version. Therefore we do not recommend this workaround for everyday use. Nevertheless it works perfectly should ever the need arise.Zenoah G320RC with Walbro WT 1107 carburetor (also available in the ball-raced version through the shop's options menu)With 32 cm³ and 30% more power than the Zenoah G290.Significantly more torque and higher stamina due to larger sized bearings all around, with Racing Carburetor Walbro WT 1107.The motor is supplied with WT-1107 carburetor and spark plug.SpecificationType: Two stroke gasoline engineDisplacement: 31,8 cm³Bore: 38 mmStroke: 28 mmWeight: 2,3 KgOverall Dimension:Length: 167 mmWidth: 215 mmHeight: 196 mmMaximum Output: 4,6 PSMaximum Torque: 2,00 N-mRotation Direction: CounterclockwiseCarburetor: Walbro WT-1107Spark plug: CMR7HStarting: Recoil starterFor all HPI Baja 5 cars the G320RCer clutch housing has to be shortened at the mounting base, for Losi 5ive- T and Desert Buggy XL cars the clutch housings overall length must be shortened to CY size. When installing the air filter you must pay attention to the length of the screws. For use on Losi and HPI we recommend M5x45 screws (like H94763); you can also cut existing screws to length, of course. When ordering with a modified clutch housing we will include these screws! In our shop you can select from Zenoah G320RC engines already modified to fit your HPI or Losi car.The installation of the Zenoah G320RC in other cars (like FG or Smartech buggies / monsters a.s.o.) is not even remotely straightforward, since the layshaft pinion (the small pinion in front of the big differential spur gear) is in the way for the larger Zenoah G320RC crankcase.Compatibility Zenoah / Losi 5ive-T:Please note that for installation in a Losi 5ive the fan cover must be swapped for a Losi or CY cover #5341 in order to fit the chassis" bolt pattern. If you want to install a Zenoah engine into the Losi 5ive, you usually have to use a fan cover from the CY engine. However, there is a workaround to maintain Zenoah fan cover. The adjustment is done via the pinion specific mounting plates for the engine.
