The FG Touring and Sports cars at scale 1:5 are known for their high quality and very detailed bodyshells true to original. Also the technically fully developed chassis are worth mentioning. These models are now available with a high-torque brushless engine. Surface conditions with maximum grip assumed speeds above 100 km/h can be reached and steered controlled.
According to the installed fourwheel drive the models are easy to handle and to steer. E stands for electric power which is equivalent to extremely high torque, high speed and all this without any engine noise. The Sportsline models are equipped with a powerful brushless engine and a Brushless ESC. The models can be steered easily and smoothly thanks to the built-in all-wheel drive. The control can be regulated simply via transmitter or optionally via the program card.

Suitable for the electric engines from FG Modellsport, Leopard BL engines and Castle Creation. The conversion kit includes gear and engine mount, fixing parts for cruise control and LiPo batteries. Cruise control, BL engine and LiPo batteries are not included. During the conversion several fixing holes have to be applied to the chassis. Gear transmission has to be changed accordingly to the use of the electric engine.For easy mounting we recommend LiPo batteries with a max. length of 150mm and 50mm width.The conversion kits include all mechanical parts (except electric engine with speed control, Lipo batteries) to convert your FG model scale 1:5 and 1:6 to an electric powered system.

Technical description of the Formula 1 Sportsline chassis: The chassis of the FG Formula 1 is built on a high-strength 5 mm aluminium chassis. All chassis holes (screws) are countersunk from below. The front and rear axle with versatile adjustment options such as camber, caster etc. consists of double triangular wishbones. The double triangular wishbones of the rear axle are supported by additional track rods, with which the adjustment work can be carried out as quickly as possible. Thanks to the mounted wishbone threaded rods with right-hand and left-hand threads, all adjustment work can be carried out without dismantling any parts. The model is equipped with 4 aluminium oil pressure shock absorbers. The push-rod suspension ensures play-free transmission from the individual wheel suspension to the shock absorber. The Formula 1 chassis is supplied with a powerful 26 cm³ combustion engine. Power is transmitted via a four-jaw Teflon clutch to a toothed belt drive.
