7409 FG Samba 8 Racing - tuned pipe system DMC 10-1504

Genuine FG spare/option part. We have tested and optimized the Samba 8 tuned pipe system for half a year on the engine dyno and an additional three months on various racetracks! The pipe has a new, very strong connection system. This low-maintenance flexible connection between pipe and manifold is secured by four (!) springs, making a failure prone o-ring seal obsolete! Despite of the increased performance fuel consumption remains the same compared to a Samba 7 pipe. The Samba 8 system provides significantly better performance, i.e. the power is optimally available across the engines entire rpm range! In combination with the Mecatech Expert hydraulic brake and repositioning the fuel tank for about 2 cm to the right, the Samba 8 system can also be installed in C5 + R5 cars!And in July 2016 at the European Championships in Bolonga / Italy they not only won the European Championship,the complete podium so place 1 to 3 was equipped with Samba pipes.Samba 8 can also be installed in cars equipped with Magura 2 hydraulic brakes (see pictures).Of course, the Samba 8 tuned pipe system is race legal for racing, with the DMC approval number 10-1504 engraved. 5900 Mielke Big Tornado Titanium tuned pipe muffler system DMC #10-1503 with manifold

Genuine Mielke spare/option part. We took a very long time to test this mufflerer thoroughly and to test and compare small changes again and again already in summer 2017 on different vehicles on different race tracks. All experiences were then analysed in detail and combined with the bench tests from last year and, of course also from winter 2018, to the current final product no. 5900.The very good results and the weight optimization (titanium is approx. 40% lighter compared to steel) along with the great racy look should give us a perfect tuned pipe system for 1/5 touring cars.Modified engines, which are widely used, are especially grateful for the low thermal expansion (approx. 40% less) and the high temperature resistance (perfect for exhaust gases).The material used is only 0.7 mm thick and yet very strong.Combined with the very well tested Masterfix connection (3 springs connect the manifold to the pipe) and the Teflon gasket, which has been tested for years, there will also be no problems with the connection to the manifold.Contents:1 piece
