MAXI PIN 185 x 75 with black colored MadMax Extreme rims, 20-fold screwed, very tough, with 24 mm hex drive and with reinforced beadlock rings for Losi and HPI.
The MadMax MAXI PIN tires come with strong special tire inserts which allow transferring the power without canting, even on heavy cars.
MadMax MAXI PIN tire was developed specifically for astro turf tracks! The special tread design with 480 studs per tire provides excellent grip, but also a high load on tire and rim! To stabilize the tire, the outer shoulder features radial ribs which minimizes the tilting under load and counteract the shear forces during cornering. Furthermore, the MAXI PIN tire has studs positioned on the outside shoulder, which support the steering in corners.
All together the MAXI PIN tires provide maximum grip, which made it necessary to upgrade the beadlock screws on these MadMax EXTREME wheels. So they come with 3.0 mm screws instead of the usual 2.5 mm ones! Nevertheless, tires and beadlocks should be checked after every run.

Genuine HT spare/option part. Hardened special screws for mounting the beadlock rings of MadMax and Losi DBXL rims.For HPI rims due to the screw head diameter only to be used in combination with non-HPI beadlock rings (i.e. MadMax or Losi 5ive-T)!The combination of larger diameter and substantially larger thread depth ensures a secure grip of the screws in the plastic of the rims; the coarse thread also allows for quick assembly.The large head with T10 hexalobular drive distributes the load as wide as possible on the ring.The screws are galvanized for rust protection.Please note: it is not recommended to use the screws in rims which had previously M3 screws installed. Off-road tires for sandy underground! Gives great results on those carpets which are typical for some off-road tracks. 462 grippy square studs per tire, a total of more then 1800 for a complete set of tires, guarantee maximum traction! The lower profile of the outer stud rows reduces lateral traction and guarantee exceptional directional stability! Therefore the car is less prone to undesirable side rolls! The rim is the 6-spoke design with a steel reinforcement ring around the wheel drive. The NARROW-GRIP tires are available with either 18 mm square drive to fit FG & co. or with 24mm hex for Losi, HPI Baja 5 series cars and they allready glued!To prevent premature wheel drive wear the fit to the rim is very tight. Therefore the rim should be properly aligned with the square or hex drive and completely mounted via tightening the wheel nut!
