For fitment on additional engines or as a spare part for engine quick mount y1421.
The engine flange is available in two versions:
- y1423/01 for all Zenoah and Chung Yang engines up to 30 cm³ with standard bolt pattern 50 x 36 mm
- y1423/02 for Zenoah G320 - For installation of a Zenoah G320 in a FG Evo (Model range from 2004 till 2014). Fits the standard quick mount.
When mounting the motor flange the bolts/nuts must be tightened together in small steps. To mount the studs from y1421/01 or the screws from y1421/02 the use of thread locking compound (link) is required.
Please note: y1423/01 does not fit in combination with Zenoah OEM clutch!

It allows a much faster installation or removal of the engine since the clutch side of the engine is only be clamped by one single screw. The gear plate remains in the vehicle, the motor flange on the engine.The engine quick mount fits all FG 2WD on-road cars with horizontal engine (except Formula 1) Sportsline, Competition and Evo (EVO model range till 2003, except Evo 2020 series).We are sorry, but due to the design the quick mount cannot be used for FG 1/6 off-road and monster cars.For the first time it is now possible to install the Zenoah G320 in these cars!
