The spark plug tester wiil be put in line between the spark plug in the engine and the spark plug cap. When the spark plug is in good working order, pulling the recoil starter will produce a spark easily visible in the clear section of the tester (see video!).

Genuine Speed-Tec spare/option part. Replacement part fits Zenoah G320RC.AN - expansion sealing gaskets are in use in the 2-stroke motor sports for years and are based on NBR-linked cellulose fibers. They are especially used for sealing hot oils, greases and fuels! The sealing material is compressed during assembly, and as soon as it comes into contact with fuel, it swells again. Thus it is i.e. possible to make up for irregularities in the sealed surfaces (i.e. cylinder / crankcase) and seal them properly! The material of the SPEED TEC AN - expansion sealing gaskets guarantees a very good dimensional accuracy and is often the solution for leaks on your engine! This reed valve system converts a normal piston-port engine into a reed valve engine. It offers the advantage of increased intake duration for a better charge for more power. As a positive side effect no fresh gas loss occurs during the downward movement of the piston because the membranes close this path.The reed valve block replaces the usual stock insulator. To use the advantage of the reed system, it is necessary to modify the piston skirt on the intake side. Depending on the engine it is advantageous for best results, to slightly match the cylinders intake port to the Epoxy insulator plate at the bottom of the reed valve system. Both steps are described in the installation instructions for Zenoah and Chung Yang engines. Our thanks for these instructions go to our customer Thomas Hoenicke.Note: For the time being the epoxy insulator plate must be slightly reworked to fit a G320 Zenoah engine. The manual has been written with the conversion of a G320, the affected area for modification is therefore shown.The unit is 24.5 mm high.
