SPEED TEC tuning insulator 26 mm, suitable for nearly all 1/5 & 1/6 cars (for very shallow body shells like Porsche GT or similar please use the 23 mm version # ST1011!) The material components of this high quality engineering plastic, with an extremely high melting point of 280° C, guarantee optimal heat dissipation. Unlike the original insulator, this allows for a much better thermal insulation of the carburetor and therefore prevents fuel vapor lock in the carburetor at high ambient temperatures! Wheel nut front for F1 Cars using M8 Thread on the axle.The Lightscale wheelnut is used in combination with the Lightscale lexan disc to convert F1 rims to an up to date and modern look.Thereby the Lightscale wheel nut works just like a real one in present f1 racing. It is tightened with a 22 open end spanner or socket wrench. Alternatively one may use the special Lightscale tool to tighten or loosen the wheel nut.Due to the use of rifled and conical washers a locking effect is achieved.The kit contains 2 wheel nuts as well as 4 rifled conical washers.Optional parts: Tool for Lightscale wheel nuts item code 50100000, Lightscale lexan disc item code 51009500 and spare rifled conical washers item code 881200058801. Due to the high torque load on the bonding of tires on largescale cars, checking the bonding from time to time and re-glueing (y0067) if necessary is unavoidable.
