The excellent quality GPM shocks fit all cars of the HPI Baja 5 series, Carson Wild GP Attack and feature an extremely massive 7 mm rod. The GPM shocks cases and rod ends are completely made of aluminum and equipped with replaceable bushings at the upper and lower mounting points.The external volume control is more efficient than built-in versions with membrane or foam element. Compared with the technically similar solution of a floating balance piston inside of the shock absorber body there is the advantage that no length of the shock absorber is needed for the volume compensation. Furthermore the additional housing surface of the equalizing chamber helps in cooling the oil. The Samba 8 titanium gives you a weight saving of 140 grams compared to the steel version. We have tested and optimized the Samba 8 Titan- tuned pipe system for half a year on the engine dyno and an additional three months on various racetracks! The pipe has a new, very strong connection system. This low-maintenance flexible connection between pipe and manifold is secured by four (!) springs, making a failure prone o-ring seal obsolete! Despite of the increased performance fuel consumption remains the same compared to a Samba 7 pipe. The Samba 8 system provides significantly better performance, i.e. the power is optimally available across the engines entire rpm range! Color black (the decals pictured are not included!). The elastoplastic body set fits the stock Losi 5ive-T roll cage precisely and is almost "unbreakable"! The boxes will fit on a FG car under a Porsche GT3 body and weighs even less than a FG Formula 1 airbox. The filter mounts directly above the carburetor and remains there, even when the box itself has been removed.The Evo-airbox has a higher flow rate, which is important for the high revving engines in onroad cars. Its diameter (100 mm) will usually allow an installation only in a few buggies with a vertically mounted engine, like Gas Devil / Titan / Helldevil.All parts available separately.
