Off-road tires for sandy underground! Gives great results on those carpets which are typical for some off-road tracks. 462 grippy square studs per tire, a total of more then 1800 for a complete set of tires, guarantee maximum traction! The lower profile of the outer stud rows reduces lateral traction and guarantee exceptional directional stability! Therefore the car is less prone to undesirable side rolls! The rim is the 6-spoke design with a steel reinforcement ring around the wheel drive. The NARROW-GRIP tires are available with either 18 mm square drive to fit FG & co. or with 24mm hex for Losi, HPI Baja 5 series cars and they allready glued!To prevent premature wheel drive wear the fit to the rim is very tight. Therefore the rim should be properly aligned with the square or hex drive and completely mounted via tightening the wheel nut! CROSS BOND 170 x 80 mm and 170 x 60 mm tires with black MadMax Extreme 20 bolt-beadlock rims with 24 mm hex drive and reinforced beadlock rings were designed for use on loose surfaces. MAXI PIN 185 x 75 with black colored MadMax Extreme rims, 20-fold screwed, very tough, with 24 mm hex drive and with reinforced beadlock rings for Losi and HPI. The MadMax MAXI PIN tires come with strong special tire inserts which allow transferring the power without canting, even on heavy cars. MadMax MAXI PIN tire was developed specifically for astro turf tracks! The special tread design with 480 studs per tire provides excellent grip, but also a high load on tire and rim! To stabilize the tire, the outer shoulder features radial ribs which minimizes the tilting under load and counteract the shear forces during cornering. Furthermore, the MAXI PIN tire has studs positioned on the outside shoulder, which support the steering in corners. All together the MAXI PIN tires provide maximum grip, which made it necessary to upgrade the beadlock screws on these MadMax EXTREME wheels. SUPER GRIP 170 x 80 mm and 170 x 60 mm with black MadMax Extreme rims for 24 mm hex wheel drive, 20 beadlock screws per rim and reinforced silver beadlock rings. Fits Losi 5ive-T, 5ive Mini, Desert Buggy XL and all HPI Baja 5B and 5T/SC cars.Due to the extreme stress created by the MadMax SUPER GRIP tires, the rim has been optimized again.The tires come with a special rigid insert which transfers the applied forces without tilting; even with the heaviest cars like the Losi 5ive-T.All together, the SUPER GRIP lives up to its name and provides maximum grip, which makes it necessary to use the supplied 3 mm beadlock screws for the MadMax EXTREME rims instead of the usual 2.5 mm screws. Additionally, the seating of these screws should be checked after each use.The MadMax SUPERGRIP tires have been designed especially for use on tarmac. Even on fine-pored tarmac your car will still find enough grip! (As you can see in our video.) On most 1/5 and 1/6 cars the best combination is the use of 60 mm wide front and 80 mm wide rear tires.
