This air filter oil is designed for lubricating foam filters for on-road and off-road use. It reinforces the filters' efficiency for better carburation and retains dirt, mud and sand particles. Prevents water from penetrating into the filter.It is recommended to put the filter with a little bit oil in a small polybag and work it vigorously by hand. Excessive oil must be pressed out (don't wring the foam!) afterwards.For cleaning the filter please use the special foam cleaner y0523.The filter element must be dry before re-oiling.Content:50 ml

The blue tint makes it easier to control even oil application to the filter.Apply oil to filter generously and work the foam vigorously by hand to ensure complete oil penetration. To ensure the required cooling for current 1/5 and 1/6 engines the flywheels have fins on both sides. Therefore the fan housing has large openings on the crankcase side for the required air supply. However, the risk of foreign objects (grass, sand, or even stones!) entering here Is very high! As a result, broken fins on the flywheel occur frequently. This leads to reduced cooling efficiency and - even more critical vibrations from a flywheel which is out of balance due to missing fins. Therefore, this kind of flywheel protection is highly recommended, especially for offroad use. The product video explains the handling in detail! Note:It is essential to thoroughly clean and degrease the crankcase prior to attaching the hook-and-loop tape (OKS2661)!For installation on Chung-Yang and Zenoah engines in FG cars, the crankcase cover must be slightly modified in two places where the engine mount is attached (see Figure 6 and 7). Furthermore the fit of the fabric must be as tight as possible in the region of the layshaft pinion (in front of the differential ring gear!) GPM air filter cover which fits easily over your existing air filter. A fastening band band at the bottom holds the cover in place. Maintenance of the main filter will be significantly reduced, especially in very dusty environments.
