MAXI PIN 185 x 75 with black colored MadMax Extreme rims, 20-fold screwed, very tough, with 24 mm hex drive and with reinforced orange beadlock rings for Losi and HPI. The MadMax MAXI PIN tires come with strong special tire inserts which allow transferring the power without canting, even on heavy cars. MadMax MAXI PIN tire was developed specifically for astro turf tracks! The special tread design with 480 studs per tire provides excellent grip, but also a high load on tire and rim! To stabilize the tire, the outer shoulder features radial ribs which minimizes the tilting under load and counteract the shear forces during cornering. Furthermore, the MAXI PIN tire has studs positioned on the outside shoulder, which support the steering in corners. All together the MAXI PIN tires provide maximum grip, which made it necessary to upgrade the beadlock screws on these MadMax EXTREME wheels. So they come with 3.0 mm screws instead of the usual 2.5 mm ones! Nevertheless, tires and beadlocks should be checked after every run. A clear polycarbonate bodyshell is included.Quality and high-class equipment to a sensible price.Technical description of the Formula 1 Sportsline chassis:The undercarriage of the FG Formula 1 is built on a high-strength 5 mm alloy chassis. All chassis borings (screws) are countersunk. The front and rear axle with their various adjusting possibilities as king pin angle, trailing effect etc. consist of double delta wishbones. The double delta wishbones of the rear axle are supported by additional track rods which enable you a very fast set-up. All adjustments can be made without a dismounting of parts according to the fixed wishbone threaded rods with right-/left-handed thread.The model is equipped with 4 alloy oil-pressure shock absorbers. The push-rod suspension ensures the transmission between single wheel suspension and shock absorber.We deliver this chassis with a powerful 26 cc combustion engine. The engine's power is transmitted over a four-block Teflon clutch on a synchronous belt drive. This synchronous belt drive is also designed for a higher driving power. The BBS wheels and the tires are copies of the big models. All rotating parts are supported by ball bearings.The construction of the Formula 1 chassis is not identical with the other 1:5 scale FG models such as Merc.
