Genuine ATOP spare/option part.

CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum by Area RC.

The big advantage over the stock plastic part is its temperature insensitivity. While the plastic case loses its strength with increasing temperatures and may finally disintegrate, the aluminum case stays intact.

The one-piece design guarantees a true running and leak-free case. Steel bushing for drive cup shaft and O-ring.
Fits front, center and rear applications on all Losi 5ive versions and Mini!

This kit replaces the o-ring for sealing the drive cup shaft in the stock differential case by a real oil seal. Two new shims provide for the adjustment of the width of the shaft seal and replace the stock shim.Shaft seals are better than o-rings for sealing fast rotating shafts.The set includes the parts for retrofitting all three differentials of the vehicle.Installation can be done only in the differential housing. Genuine HT spare/option part. The spool replaces the center differential and keeps the speed of both output shafts the same. As a result, especially the acceleration of the vehicle is significantly increased.The spool is nicely made of high-quality burnished steel and very strong. Its total length is the same as a normal differential housing with gasket. The gasket is no longer used with the spool. The driving pin of the front output shaft is secured by an O-ring. The screws for the connection with the spur gear are secured with nylock nuts. This eliminates the need for waiting for the curing of a thread locking compound and makes the removal of screws with damaged head much less critical.The spool would physically fit front and rear applications as well; however, its use here makes no sense to driving dynamics.Scope of delivery:Spool2 x Driving pin 4 x 20 mmO-ring4 x Steel nylock nut M4

Genuine HT spare/option part.These heavy duty differential drive cups for front or rear differential in a Losi 5ive-T/B or MINI WRC are made of 300M / Böhler V132 steel and are characterized not only by high hardness, but also simultaneously toughness. The service life is therefore much higher than for the stock cups.300M steel is used in motorsport and aviation for high strength parts. As a highly pure material, it is significantly more expensive than conventional steels, its high basic strength and toughness make the machining a time-consuming task.The shape of these drive cups now allows the use of driveshaft boots and grease lubrication, which increases service life enormously. In addition, these HD drive cups have two sets of slots for the pin of the drive shaft, this means another doubling of the service life.We recommend y0809 Klüber grease for lubrication of closed HD drive cups.A dry run like with stock parts is theoretically possible, but absolutely not recommended because it would waive the enormous advantage of encapsulated lubrication and the associated wear reduction.
