Gives great results on those carpets which are typical for some off-road tracks. 462 grippy square studs per tire, a total of more then 1800 for a complete set of tires, guarantee maximum traction! The lower profile of the outer stud rows reduces lateral traction and guarantee exceptional directional stability! Therefore the car is less prone to undesirable side rolls! The rim is the 6-spoke design with a steel reinforcement ring around the wheel drive. The NARROW-GRIP tires are available with either 18 mm square drive to fit FG & co. To prevent premature wheel drive wear the fit to the rim is very tight. Therefore the rim should be properly aligned with the square or hex drive and completely mounted via tightening the wheel nut! The disadvantage of Mammoth tires: Because of their extreme width they need to be mounted on FG wheels with extension rings and wide tire inserts (same as for the FG wide slicks), which is a labor intensive job.
