Special features: 16 mm inner diameter for higher oil volume Volume equalisation Housing and screw connections made entirely of aluminium Hard anodised housing Precision piston made of Delrin, machined (no moulded part!) Aluminium piston rod base and aluminium spring plate Replaceable bearing bushes in the mounting eyes Pre-filled with 1000 silicone oil. The original springs can also be used on FG models! Silicone oil recommendation: The GPM-Spezial Cross shock absorbers are filled with silicone oil viscosity 1000. This viscosity provides very good damping properties at normal outside temperatures. If softer damping is required, oil with a viscosity of 500 or 600 is recommended; for harder damping, 1500 or higher. One 50 ml bottle is sufficient for five long or six short dampers.
