AREA-BJ047 Reed valve block V2 for Zenoah G320

This reed valve system converts a normal piston-port engine into a reed valve engine. It offers the advantage of increased intake duration for a better charge for more power. As a positive side effect no fresh gas loss occurs during the downward movement of the piston because the membranes close this path.The reed valve block replaces the usual stock insulator. To use the advantage of the reed system, it is necessary to modify the piston skirt on the intake side. Depending on the engine it is advantageous for best results, to slightly match the cylinders intake port to the Epoxy insulator plate at the bottom of the reed valve system. Both steps are described in the installation instructions for Zenoah and Chung Yang engines.
