The FG Touring and Sports cars at scale 1:5 are known for their high quality and very detailed bodyshells true to original. Also the technically fully developed chassis are worth mentioning. These models are now available with a high-torque brushless engine. Surface conditions with maximum grip assumed speeds above 100 km/h can be reached and steered controlled.According to the installed fourwheel drive the models are easy to handle and to steer. E stands for electric power which is equivalent to extremely high torque, high speed and all this without any engine noise. The Sportsline models are equipped with a powerful brushless engine and a Brushless ESC. The models can be steered easily and smoothly thanks to the built-in all-wheel drive. All screws at the bottom of the chassis are countersunk.Front and rear axle mounts as well as the engine unit are connected over the complete length of the chassis, therefore we achieved almost the stiffness of a monocoque chassis. The quick fix system of the engine makes a fast changing of the engine possible. The drive to the rear axle is carried out over several easy-running front gearwheels and an FG ball drive at the rear axle. A separate flange bearing holds the clutch bell in order to relieve the crankshaft. Front and rear axle with their various adjusting possibilities as king pin angle, castor a.s.o. consist of alloy delta wishbones below. Genuine HT spare/option part.Wheel squares made of high-strength aluminum, hardened, with two M6 mounting threads Suitable for most 1/6 and 1/5 rc-cars. Through the use of two 6 mm screws a significantly higher retention force is achieved. Yet it is still recommended to use medium strength thread lock (link y0114)! The hard anodizing (HART-COAT) guarantees much lower wear of the squares! Especially recommended when using wheel mounted brake discs! Four 3x16 dowel pins per square are included which prevent the squares from spinning in the rim. Press fitting them into the wheel squares is optional. The 12, 14 and 17 mm wide squares feature a groove for inserting a C-clip (link 6106/05), which acts as a guide for the brake disk. The narrow 9.5 mm wide squares dont need a clip; the close sitting rim will guide the disk.
