Damper feet one pair short, one pair long (4WD MT version).  We recommend our progressive off-road tuning shock absorber springs from the "Dirt-Spring M" series, part number y0321, for the shock absorbers.  The original springs can also be used on FG models!  Silicone oil recommendation:  The GPM-Spezial Cross shock absorbers are filled with silicone oil viscosity 1000. This viscosity provides very good damping properties at normal outside temperatures.  If softer damping is required, oil with a viscosity of 500 or 600 is recommended; for harder damping, 1500 or higher is recommended.  One 50 ml bottle of y0038 is sufficient for five long or six short dampers.

Genuine FG spare/option part. The alloy housing has an outside thread to adjust the damper spring. The upper alloy shock absorber seal is equipped with a ventilation boring which makes the refilling if the damper easier. Completely new is the lower shock absorber seal with the plastic guiding bushes for the damper piston rod and for an easier chaning of the o-rings. The alloy adjusting ring has a socket for the spring collet and an adjusting mark. The shock absorber has an diameter of approx. 16 mm.
