Extremely wear resistant organic friction pad, spare part for BigScale Extreme clutch.

Since the connection between lining and shoe is highly loaded, the careful bonding with curing in an oven is of particular importance. Please use exclusively the special Clutch-Safe glue #y0743.

You can find ready-to use cluth shoes with correctly bonded friction pads under at # y0733/01.

The 19T pinion is stock equipment in Losi 5ive-T and Mini, 20T is stock in the 5ive-B.The 16T pinion is profile shifted and has the same dimensions as a normal 18T pinion.It is specially made for vehicles where the stock tires are replaced by much larger diameter rubber (i.e. monster truck tires and MadMax Giant Grip).Profile regraded, this means that the number of teeth is changed while the diameter remained constant. The part of the involutes? curve that defines the tooth profile is changed. Genuine GPM spare/option part. Use a high strength two-component adhesive (e.g. Clutch-Safe) to glue in the pads and lock them with the countersunk screws M3x5 (part no. y0730/03)Part no. 02 for GPM Big-Scale clutch.For replacing the friction pads please proceed as follows:1. Remove clutch from engine2. Disassemble clutch3. Remove the screws fixing the friction pads4. Remove remains of old glue and clean the surface to be bonded of the shoes to bare metal 5. Thoroughly degrease the bonding area of clutch shoes and new pads6. You must use the special adhesive y0743 Clutch-Safe!7. Apply a sufficient and complete layer of the adhesive to the bonding surfaces8. Insert the lining into the clutch shoe and align9. Fix the pad in place with screw y0730/03, just hand-tighten it10.
