HURRAX extreme Race tire and insert 175x70 mm HURRAX extreme is one of the most successful tire in large scale off-road racing and specifically designed for astro turf and solid ground. With more than 700 (!) differently designed, closely spaced lugs and the 70 mm wide tread it is reasonably wear resistant and provides optimal grip with good side traction. The Big Scale-EXTREME is an adjustable clutch designed for very special requirements:
For high-displacement engines
For "weighty" or particularly high-traction models (Losi, HPI)
For performance-enhanced tuning engines
For demanding off-road use
Rapid wear of a clutch is a sign of constant grinding, even though the engagement speed has actually already been exceeded. In this case, the clutch is not transmitting the available torque.This is where the Big Scale Extreme sets new standards.
The new design of the Extreme prevents the centrifugal forces of the clutch springs or the lever side of the clutch shoes from counteracting the centrifugal force of the lining side even after the clutch has engaged.
The result is an enormous load capacity with minimum wear. The new design means that the resulting centrifugal forces are fully transferred to the clutch lining. Defined engagement and disengagement even under high loads and in closed clutch housings is no problem for this clutch. Even when installed, the clutch can be easily adjusted to the desired speed or the optimum frictional connection to suit the engine's performance capacity using three adjusting screws. The special clutch lining of the Big Scale-EXTREME is particularly low-wear and guarantees an exceptionally long service life, especially in combination with a high-quality, nitride-hardened clutch bell ()! In contrast to the "Cross" or "Race", the clutch does not have to be removed from the engine for maintenance work. All components are accessible from the front after removing the front plate. Adjustment instructions etc. can be found under technical data!

For damper version y1137/07 and y1137/08 for Smartech C5 and FG smooth track models the spring y0452/02. Silicone oil recommendation: The GPM-Spezial shock absorbers are filled with silicone oil viscosity 1500 and 2000. This viscosity provides very good damping properties at normal outside temperatures. If softer damping is required, we recommend using oil with a viscosity of 1000 or 1500; for harder damping, use 2500 or higher. One 50 ml bottle of y0038 is sufficient for five long or six short dampers.

UNO, Spider, Duratrax, Firehammer Set contents: Two long and two short shock absorbers as well as spacers for the front axle. We recommend our progressive off-road tuning shock absorber springs from the "Dirt-Spring M" series, part number y0321, for the shock absorbers. The original springs can also be used on FG models! Silicone oil recommendation: The GPM-Spezial Cross shock absorbers are filled with silicone oil viscosity 1000. This viscosity provides very good damping properties at normal outside temperatures. If softer damping is required, oil with a viscosity of 500 or 600 is recommended; for harder damping, 1500 or higher is recommended. One 50 ml bottle of y0038 is sufficient for five long or six short dampers.
