Even though it looks funny at first sight for uninitiated people! ;-) Just like in full-size racing our tires need a certain temperature to provide the necessary grip that is needed to achieve good lap times. Usually this means that the car will get really fast times only after a few laps. The driver who uses preheated tires has a considerably advantage. With cold outside temperatures or low grip tracks, like a not so clean parking lot, it often not possible at all to bring the tire temperature up to the required range just by driving. As a result the car will be difficult to control! Measures:maximum outer diameter of 130 mm maximum tire width of 80 mmThat includes all standard 1/5 touring car tires! ( ) Instructions: The tire warmers may be operated only on 12 to 13.8 volts AC or DC. In order to reach optimum operating temperature, a power supply with a 12 - 13.8 volts AC or DC and at least 10 amps output power should be used. We have tested and optimized the Samba 8 tuned pipe system for half a year on the engine dyno and an additional three months on various racetracks! The pipe has a new, very strong connection system. This low-maintenance flexible connection between pipe and manifold is secured by four (!) springsDespite of the increased performance fuel consumption remains the same compared to a Samba 7 pipe. The Samba 8 system provides significantly better performance, i.e. the power is optimally available across the engines entire rpm range! Again and again, podium places are achieved at major events through the use of Samba tuned pipe systems.Of course, the Samba 8 tuned pipe system is race legal for racing, with the DMC approval number 10-1504 engraved. Genuine Zenoah molybdenum disulfide coated piston. The coating reduces friction and resistance, resulting in slightly better top end performance. Select from sizes for Zenoah 290 engines.Due to the reduced friction the coated piston allows for longer service life as well as increased speed and torque.Only limited quantities available!
Genuine GPM spare/option part. The GPM piggyback reservoir shocks increase the oil volume and the separate vent screw makes filling the shocks easier. Shocks come in pairs including all-metal lower ball joints, spring perches and springs with 2.75 mm wire diameter.These technically demanding, excellently manufactured GPM Piggyback shocks come ready for use, assembled and filled with 1000 viscosity silicone oil. For a possible fine tuning (less damping with lower viscosity, more with higher viscosity) we recommend our silicone oils y0038 (50 ml) or y0039 (100 ml).
