Same dimensions as the Zenoah G230, G240, G260, G270.New generation Zenoah engine with 28,5cm³ cylinder capacity and approx. 3.9 hp. The cylinder is fixed with 4 screws. The technical details are identical to the Zenoah engines G240RC and G270RC.The engine will be delivered with pull starter, carb and spark plug / spark plug cap. Genuine Zenoah air filter and / or complete clutch and / or ball beard carburetor are optionally available at additional charge. To ensure the required cooling for current 1/5 and 1/6 engines the flywheels have fins on both sides. Therefore the fan housing has large openings on the crankcase side for the required air supply. However, the risk of foreign objects (grass, sand, or even stones!) entering here Is very high! As a result, broken fins on the flywheel occur frequently. This leads to reduced cooling efficiency and - even more critical vibrations from a flywheel which is out of balance due to missing fins. Therefore, this kind of flywheel protection is highly recommended, especially for offroad use. The product video explains the handling in detail! Note:It is essential to thoroughly clean and degrease the crankcase prior to attaching the hook-and-loop tape (OKS2661)!For installation on Chung-Yang and Zenoah engines in FG cars, the crankcase cover must be slightly modified in two places where the engine mount is attached (see Figure 6 and 7).
