If this - i.e. on the front axle - is not desired, you may cut the lugs at the tires outer edge to reduce cornering grip. This can be easily done with a small side cutter or strong nail scissors. In order to reduce the edging in the tire on the front axle.This makes a tire less aggressive during cornering and changes the cars behavior towards understeer. BIG DIGGER 170x60 with black MadMax Extreme rims with 20 beadlock screws, with 24 mm hex socket and reinforced orange beadlock rings for Losi 5ive-T and Desert Buggy XL as well as all HPI Baja 5 cars.The MadMax tires had 84, with more than 1 cm² cross-section and 6 mm tread depth, allow for best power transfer and provide excellent grip even on loose surfaces like sand or soil. Due to the extreme load created by the MadMax BIG DIGGER tires the rim was optimized again with a reinforcement ring.The tires are fitted with a special rigid insert, which can handle the cornering forces and maintain the tires shape even on heavy cars like the Losi 5ive-T.We recommend to check the beadlock screws after the run. Astro Grip tyre soft on white GRP disc rim with  square 18mm, glued. The MCD Astro-Grip is one of the most popular tyres on big scale off-road races. Specially designed for artificial turf and hard ground. Provides optimum grip and is low-wear at the same time. Thanks to the reinforced tyre shoulder, the tyre is largely protected from damage. The vertical ribbing should normally be used on the outside of the tyre and also protects against damage. The ribbing also ensures that the tyre builds up a little more grip on the outer edge of the tyre on this side due to the higher strength.  Dimensions:  Outer diameter: approx. 180 mm  Inner diameter: approx. 130 mm  Width: approx. 65 mm Content: 2 pieces 1 pair

Off-road tires for sandy underground! Gives great results on those carpets which are typical for some off-road tracks. 462 grippy square studs per tire, a total of more then 1800 for a complete set of tires, guarantee maximum traction! The lower profile of the outer stud rows reduces lateral traction and guarantee exceptional directional stability! Therefore the car is less prone to undesirable side rolls! The rim is the 6-spoke design with a steel reinforcement ring around the wheel drive. The NARROW-GRIP tires are available  with 24mm hex for Losi, HPI Baja 5 and Carson GP Wild Attack series cars and they allready glued!To prevent premature wheel drive wear the fit to the rim is very tight. Therefore the rim should be properly aligned with hex drive and completely mounted via tightening the wheel nut!
