Genuine HT spare/option part.This adaptor allows you to install all MadMax/HPI tire/rim combinations on FG, Carso, Smartech 2WD/4WD and other cars with the same wheel shaft configuration. Losi 5ive tires can be used as well, but they hey have to be mounted on MadMax/HPI rims because Losi rims are too thick at the center. The adapter is drilled for 8 mm wheel shafts (FG, Smartech/Carson and many more!), hex size of wheel drive and wheel nut is 24 mm hex with M18x1.0 thread (same as HPI).Please note:FG wheel shafts come with either M6 or M8 thread size. It can even happen that a vehicle has different thread sizes front and rear! Therefore, please make sure which version is required before placing an order.Converting your car takes only a couple of minutes with this easy to install adaptor. just see picture "installation instruction" for a schematic installation.Contents:2 pieces

HURRAX extreme Race tire and insert 175x70 mm HURRAX extreme is one of the most successful tire in large scale off-road racing and specifically designed for astro turf and solid ground. With more than 700 (!) differently designed, closely spaced lugs and the 70 mm wide tread it is reasonably wear resistant and provides optimal grip with good side traction. If this - i.e. on the front axle - is not desired, you may cut the lugs at the tires outer edge to reduce cornering grip. This can be easily done with a small side cutter or strong nail scissors. In order to reduce the edging in the tire on the front axle.This makes a tire less aggressive during cornering and changes the cars behavior towards understeer. It becomes depending on the track conditions (i.e. wet!) a lot more drivable.An optimal vehicle setup can often be achieved by running already used HURRAX extreme tires on the front and new ones on the rear axle.This is especially true for 2WD models.
