With this robust and reliable FG chassis, which is equipped with a powerful 26 cm³ combustion engine, you get the ideal entry into the fascinating "royal class" of large scale RC models as well as into the competition.The model has a 530 wheelbase. The models are built on a 4 mm alloy chassis with double wishbones at front and rear axle. All borings of the alloy chassis are countersunk to prevent the screw heads from bearing out. The models are serial equipped with the 2-damper front axle which guarantees an optimal traction of both front wheels. At the front/rear axle you can adjust through track rods or adjusting screws with right-/left-handed thread the king pin angle, trailing effect and toe-in.Further equipment points are differential gear, 24 teeth steel pinion, oil-pressure shock absorbers with volume control and external adjusting ring for the initial spring preload. All rotating parts as shafts, axles and clutch bells a.s.o. are supported by ball bearings.The remote control, the two servos and the receiver battery (RTR set!) are required to operate the FG model. This RTR equipment is available in our shop selection for an additional fee.The body shell is clear, but also available in a painted version in our shop selection for an additional fee.Thanks to the numerous available option parts, you can upgrade your FG Challenge Line as required.You can select the car with complete RTR-equipment from the options menu. This Double-DVD set, made by Chris Wright from the well known Rev-Up racing magazine, is in MPEG2 format which means it will play on any PC and most MAC computers with the appropriate software (PowerDVD, WINDVD and so on). He used multiple cameras to get this footage from different angles and positions on the track. It is is native wide screen format at 16:9 in PAL.Includes the opening ceremony, concourse, track view and trip, Greek dancers, hot laps by top drivers, four laps shown simultaneously of top drivers so you can compare styles etc, the all important first lap from different angles, pit walk and track stuff during the week, slow motion of all those rolls, loops, spins and crashes, both half finals and the main final, the prize ceremony. A clear polycarbonate bodyshell is included.Quality and high-class equipment to a sensible price.Technical description of the Formula 1 Sportsline chassis:The undercarriage of the FG Formula 1 is built on a high-strength 5 mm alloy chassis. All chassis borings (screws) are countersunk. The front and rear axle with their various adjusting possibilities as king pin angle, trailing effect etc. consist of double delta wishbones. The double delta wishbones of the rear axle are supported by additional track rods which enable you a very fast set-up. All adjustments can be made without a dismounting of parts according to the fixed wishbone threaded rods with right-/left-handed thread.The model is equipped with 4 alloy oil-pressure shock absorbers. The push-rod suspension ensures the transmission between single wheel suspension and shock absorber.We deliver this chassis with a powerful 26 cc combustion engine. The engine's power is transmitted over a four-block Teflon clutch on a synchronous belt drive. This synchronous belt drive is also designed for a higher driving power. The BBS wheels and the tires are copies of the big models. All rotating parts are supported by ball bearings.The construction of the Formula 1 chassis is not identical with the other 1:5 scale FG models such as Merc. C-Class, Race Truck a.s.o. and therefore it can?t be converted into or from these models by a conversion kit.You can select the car with complete RTR-equipment from the options menu.
