The change always affects only the rear, outer (carburetor side) plate under the fan cover. This is rotated by 180°; so that the embossed number on this plate faces the exhaust side of the engine!18T pinion: use 20T plate, rotated 180°19T pinion: use 19T plate, rotated 180°20T pinion: use 18T plate, rotated 180°On the plus side you gain the opportunity to easily mount a Zenoah engine keeping the original fan cover. On the other hand there will be the disadvantage of the necessity to combine two different sets of engine mounting plates when installing any pinion other than the stock 19T version. Therefore we do not recommend this workaround for everyday use. Nevertheless it works perfectly should ever the need arise. Attention! We recommend to run exclusively fully synthetic 2-stroke engine oil, like y0813 Motul 800 racing oil.

For the best result possible, nut and adapter are manufactured as a one-piece unit.It should be noted that the wide rims can be used on the rear axle only. On the front axle they would limit the steering angle by grinding on lower a-arm and steering rod.Traxxas has microencapsulated the wheel shafts of the X-Maxx to secure the wheel nuts. Like any thread locking compound this is not for eternity. After several tire changes the use of a normal screw locking compound is advised, we recommend it "y0113 / 01 medium strength".The dimensions of the nut are specifically designed for use with MadMax, current HPI and Losi rims. TT1031 TopTuning Carburetor heat sink for all Zenoah/CY/HPI/Losi and PT (Smartech!) engines

Carburetor heat sink for all Zenoah/CY/HPI/Losi and PT-Smartech/Carson engines.Fits all Walbro 603/813/990/771/527/1107 carburetors as well as all Smartech/Carson PT engine carburetors and many more!The TopTuning carburetor heat sink counteracts the notorious vapor lock at high engine temperatures.In fact all current large scale engines have a special adaptor for the thermal insulation of the carb (isolator) to keep the carb as cool as possible, so that the fuel does not form bubbles due to heat transfer from the cylinder. And without this isolator the gasoline would literally cook after a short operating time and therefore the engine would receive a leaner mixture. The much feared lean-out until the engine stalls is inevitably.Unfortunately, even a special isolator is often insufficient at higher ambient temperatures or when the engine is subjected to higher loads, e.g. in racing. In such scenarios the better heat dissipation of the Top Tuning carburetor heat sink contributes to the solution of the problem.The easy to install heat sink, requires a considerable manufacturing and milling effort and fits easily to all common 1:5/1:6 large scale cars, such as FG, Mecatech, Smartech/Carson, HPI, Losi, etc..For installation in FG 4WD cars the rear cross member # 66212 must be modified.Attention: the Allen head screw is an imperial size and therefore not compatible with metric Allen wrenches!
