Shock absorber for Super Baja Rey (incl. 2.0) with external volume compensation in all-metal design, spring perches and lower ball joins are also made of aluminum. Oversized 7 mm diameter piston rod.
Mounting hole spacing: extended approx. 171 mm, compressed approx. 123 mm.
Can be installed on Super Rock Rey as well, but you have to remove the suspension limiting straps.

The tray has four holes each to accept 1/10, 1/8, 1/6 and 1/5 scale shocks.Suitable for shock absorbers from Losi, Mecatech, BWS, Arrma, Traxxas, FG, Carson, HPI and many more, as long as they have a suitable diameter. All shocks from 15 to 32 mm outer diameter can be used in the Bubble Ex to be "de-bubbled". Genuine Top Tuning spare/option part. Motor pinion made of nitrided hardened steel, module 1.5 and 8 mm bore. Reinforced hub for set screw M5x6. The pinions with odd tooth counts are profile shifted. Within the same outer diameter, there is no need to adjust the backlash when changing the pinion. When mounting on vehicles with mounting holes in the motor mount that are specific to the tooth count, the mounting holes for the higher number of teeth in each case (16 or 18) must be used.Profile regraded:This means that the number of teeth is changed while the diameter remained constant. The part of the involute curve that defines the tooth profile is changed. Positively regraded (lower number of teeth) pinions are stronger and run smoother, the reduced strength of negatively regraded pinions doesn´t really matter. MAXI PIN 185 x 75 with black colored MadMax Extreme rims, 20-fold screwed, very tough, with 24 mm hex drive and with reinforced orange beadlock rings for Losi and HPI. The MadMax MAXI PIN tires come with strong special tire inserts which allow transferring the power without canting, even on heavy cars. MadMax MAXI PIN tire was developed specifically for astro turf tracks! The special tread design with 480 studs per tire provides excellent grip, but also a high load on tire and rim! To stabilize the tire, the outer shoulder features radial ribs which minimizes the tilting under load and counteract the shear forces during cornering. Furthermore, the MAXI PIN tire has studs positioned on the outside shoulder, which support the steering in corners. All together the MAXI PIN tires provide maximum grip, which made it necessary to upgrade the beadlock screws on these MadMax EXTREME wheels. So they come with 3.0 mm screws instead of the usual 2.5 mm ones! Nevertheless, tires and beadlocks should be checked after every run. Genuine GPM spare/option part. The GPM piggyback reservoir shocks increase the oil volume and the separate vent screw makes filling the shocks easier. Shocks come in pairs including all-metal lower ball joints, spring perches and springs with 2.75 mm wire diameter.These technically demanding, excellently manufactured GPM Piggyback shocks come ready for use, assembled and filled with 1000 viscosity silicone oil. For a possible fine tuning (less damping with lower viscosity, more with higher viscosity) we recommend our silicone oils y0038 (50 ml) or y0039 (100 ml).
