Genuine Mecatech spare/option part. The new Mecatech Big Bore shock absorbers with piggy back volume compensation reservoirs use normal silicone oil. The increased diameter in combination with the separate volume compensation via a floating piston of the new MecaTech Big Bore shocks allows for a very constant driving. This results in improved traction and optimized handling.The Big Bore shocks fit most 1/5 scale onroad cars.The outstanding craftsmanship guarantees a perfect seal; the shocks come w/o springs. The inner parts are the same of the standard version.Heavy-duty, torque dependent self-locking differential with various possibilities for adjustment.The use of four satellite gears distributes the load on four ramps, increasing their service life compared to already existing solutions. Needle bearings on the back of the satellite gears ensure smooth operation of the ramp system.For adaption to the grip conditions you can choose from two different pairs of steel and carbon friction disks and ramp bells. The latter have 3 different ramp angles per pair of bells. Genuine Mielke spare/option part.The Carbon Air Booster No. 5250 has been specially developed for the tough race use! The complete air filter weighs 138 grams with all attachments and aluminum adapter, the carbon part alone weighs 66 grams.Nevertheless, an extreme stability has been achieved through the bulges in the mold. Furthermore, the design ensures a straight air flow in conjunction with the new air ducts. When using these ducts, the fresh air from the cooling opening is pressed directly into the air booster, increasing engine performance or reducing temperatures.Contents:1 piece
We have tested and optimized the Samba 8 tuned pipe system for half a year on the engine dyno and an additional three months on various racetracks! The pipe has a new, very strong connection system. This low-maintenance flexible connection between pipe and manifold is secured by four (!) springsDespite of the increased performance fuel consumption remains the same compared to a Samba 7 pipe. The Samba 8 system provides significantly better performance, i.e. the power is optimally available across the engines entire rpm range! Again and again, podium places are achieved at major events through the use of Samba tuned pipe systems.Of course, the Samba 8 tuned pipe system is race legal for racing, with the DMC approval number 10-1504 engraved. All screws at the bottom of the chassis are countersunk.Front and rear axle mounts as well as the engine unit are connected over the complete length of the chassis, therefore we achieved almost the stiffness of a monocoque chassis. The quick fix system of the engine makes a fast changing of the engine possible. The drive to the rear axle is carried out over several easy-running front gearwheels and an FG ball drive at the rear axle. A separate flange bearing holds the clutch bell in order to relieve the crankshaft.
