Aluminium piston rod base and aluminium spring plate Replaceable bearing bushes in the mounting eyes Pre-filled with 1000 silicone oil. For the following models: FG 2WD: Monster Truck, Monster Jeep, Monster Hummer, Monster Beetle Pro, Stadium Truck, Stadium Jeep, Stadium Hummer Set contents: Four long shock absorbers  We recommend our progressive off-road tuning shock absorber springs from the "Dirt-Spring M" series, part number y0321, for the shock absorbers.  The original springs can also be used on FG models!  Silicone oil recommendation:  The GPM-Spezial Cross shock absorbers are filled with silicone oil viscosity 1000. This viscosity provides very good damping properties at normal outside temperatures.  If softer damping is required, oil with a viscosity of 500 or 600 is recommended; for harder damping, 1500 or higher is recommended.  One 50 ml bottle of y0038 is sufficient for five long or six short dampers.
