Silicone oil recommendation: The GPM-Spezial Cross shock absorbers are filled with silicone oil viscosity 1000. This viscosity provides very good damping properties at normal outside temperatures. If softer damping is required, oil with a viscosity of 500 or 600 is recommended; for harder damping, 1500 or higher is recommended. One 50 ml bottle of y0038 is sufficient for five long or six short dampers.
